Mashed potato with something that I called steak

It was happened on sunday on September 19th 2014 that I really want to make gyoza

So when I went home I took my time to buy ingredient, unfortunately there were not kulit gyoza, so I bought one for dumpling.

I don't know the difference except for the shape. So I just bought it.

So, the next day is saturday and I don't know why I got so busy or I just too lazy. I did not make it. So on Sunday too. so the upcoming day is Monday. I got to work.

So, then it was on September 28th, 2014.

Time flies so fast, right?

So I decided this time I must cook my expected gyoza.

But do you know what?

My kulit dumpling isn't expired, yet

But, it was on a bad shape

So I couldn't use it.

So what I will do with the ingredient????

So here is it

Mashed potato with something that I called steak

 

The mashed potato I used recipe from http://www.justtryandtaste.com/2014/02/creamy-mashed-potato-yuk-membuat.html

and for the steak, here is the recipe
- cabbage, as you wish
- carrot, as you wish

- tahu
- mince chicken
- two garlic
- 1 spoon sesame oil
- 2 spoon oyster sauce
- 3 spoon soy sauce
- pepper
- an egg

step by step:

just blend all of them, steam it, and grill it.
