today i made gyoza
after googling i got the recipe
not precise from what i got
This recipe that i use
- cabbage, about four leaf
- carrot, one of medium size
- spinach, jus a little
- shrimp
- two garlic
- 1 spoon minyak wijen
- 2 spoon oyster sauce
- 3 spoon kecap asin
- pepper
- an egg
- gyoza
the step are
1. just cut all of the vegie and shrimp into small pieces also the garlic
2. mix all of them, except gyoza
3. put the filling into gyoza
4. frying with a small fire
5. if the bottom have golden brown color, add water about 100ml
6. wait until the water is faporize all
7. ready to serve
